About the role#
As an electrical engineering intern, you will perform hands-on work that connects your classroom learning to real-world projects. You will join our team in Omaha to support engineering services for hospitals, schools, military facilities, and large commercial developments. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside experienced staff and engineers.
- Use AutoCAD and Revit to create construction documents and specifications.
- Contribute to power distribution, lighting, and electrical modeling.
- Take ownership of your assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well on a team.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
