About the role#
Ohio Gratings, Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team in Canton, Ohio. This is a part-time, paid, on-site internship designed for students working toward an engineering degree. Our goal is to provide hands-on training that prepares you to transition into a full-time Project Manager role after graduation.
What you'll do#
You will shadow and work alongside Project Managers to understand our business processes. Your training will cover product knowledge, automation, and 3D coordination. You will also learn to use our project management software, including EPICOR. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with job releases and learning the full scope of project management procedures.
What you'll need#
We are looking for a student currently pursuing an engineering degree. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on follow-through. You need to be able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. We value candidates who are collaborative, solution-oriented, and have strong analytical judgment. You must be a professional communicator when interacting with clients and internal teams, and you must maintain a commitment to workplace and site safety.

This position is based in Canton, Ohio. It is an on-site, part-time role with a rolling start date.
