About the role#
As an Operations Intern at ODW Logistics, you will assist management with continuous improvement efforts at one of our warehouses. This program provides hands-on experience in logistics strategies and offers mentorship from our leadership team. You will work on projects designed to improve performance metrics and gain insight into the role of an operations supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Identify, analyze, and implement new operational processes.
- Create and execute labor standards to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement training protocols.
- Participate in projects focused on continual improvement.
- Perform rigorous reviews of inventory accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
- Junior academic standing.
- A major in logistics, business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from June to August 2027.
- Prior experience in logistics or warehouse environments is preferred.
