    About the role#

    ODK Media is seeking a Social Media Content Intern to join the FAST Business Unit. This role focuses on bridging the gap between a premium library of Asian entertainment and the short-form video landscape. You will identify iconic moments from our content and package them for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify and extract 15-second 'Micro-Drama' highlights from our content catalog that serve as compelling, standalone stories for short-form discovery.
    • Edit 16:9 cinematic footage into high-quality 9:16 vertical videos using a video editing solution under brand guidelines.
    • Manage the daily upload schedule and monitor fan engagement, such as likes and shares, for each post.
    • Monitor social media daily to match trending audios or challenges with relevant scenes from our shows.

    What you'll need#

    • Strong interest in Asian entertainment, including K-dramas, films, anime, and K-pop, with active familiarity with current trends and popular titles.
    • Proficiency in vertical video editing, including adding captions, transitions, and syncing audio.
    • Ability to write catchy captions and use effective keywords and hashtags for the Asian content audience.
    • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
    • Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing.
