About the role#
This is a paid full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will join our engineering group in Morgan City to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects. You will work closely with a mentor to meet developmental goals and performance expectations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design, analysis, documentation, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing and operations teams.
- Complete projects tailored to your specific experience and educational background.
What you'll need#
- You are a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at an accredited university.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 3D modeling software like SolidWorks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with physical tools, such as those used for home improvement, woodworking, or automotive work, is helpful.
- Programming experience from coursework or hobbies is a plus.

- This position is based in Morgan City, Louisiana.
- The role requires daily on-site attendance.
- No relocation or housing assistance is provided for this internship.
