About the role#
This internship is based in Toronto and supports our sales team. You will work with a small group to manage client relationships and assist with daily operations. The role offers exposure to the forex and crypto markets while building your sales and communication skills. We operate in a hybrid model and expect you to be in the office two days per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist the sales team with onboarding clients across the US and Canada.
- Work with the marketing team to create and deliver assets for sales campaigns.
- Handle outbound calls and emails to engage with customers.
- Answer prospect questions about our products and account requirements.
- Log all client communications in Salesforce.
- Attend and participate in team sales meetings.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree or post-graduate education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A strong interest in the finance sector and FX or CFD markets.
- Availability to work at least 35 hours per week.
- A customer-focused approach to your work.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, as is previous experience in a similar role.
