As an Intern on the Onboarding & Sales Team, you will join a team based in Toronto to support client relationships and sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to learn about the forex market, financial sectors, and sales strategies within a global online trading group. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting with account management, platform inquiries, and the execution of sales campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and assist the sales team in onboarding clients across the US and Canada.
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver assets for targeted campaigns.
- Engage in customer service-oriented outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Answer prospect questions regarding account requirements and OANDA products.
- Document all client communications within Salesforce.
- Provide market reports and contribute to team sales meetings.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-graduate education in Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A passion for the finance sector and the FX and CFD markets.
- Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- A customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
- Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish or French and previous experience in similar positions.
