About the role#
NVR, Inc. offers a summer internship for students interested in mortgage finance. You will work with mortgage professionals to support our homebuilding operations. This program provides hands-on experience in the mortgage process, including processing, closing, and underwriting. You will gain insight into the regulatory environment and the homebuilding industry.
What you'll do#
- Work with mortgage professionals to pre-qualify home buyers and negotiate financing options.
- Guide customers through the process from their initial application to the settlement date.
- Assist with processing mortgage approvals and conducting closings.
- Spend time with sales and production teams to observe management skills and the delivery of new homes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program. Students in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- A current Driver’s License.

- Location: West Palm Beach, Florida.
