About the role#
This 12-week paid internship provides hands-on experience across multiple segments of the homebuilding industry. You will work on-site in Richmond, gaining a foundation for a career in construction management. Many interns transition into full-time roles with the company after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
- Work directly with on-site subcontractors to manage daily operations.
- Interact with customers throughout the homebuilding process.
- Partner with the sales team to learn the new home sales life cycle.
- Tour the production plant and architectural design offices to understand manufacturing and building products.
- Gain exposure to land research and the home loan financing process.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably with a graduation date within 12 months.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and business partners.
- Ability to work on-site.

- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
