About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship focused on the homebuilding industry. You will gain experience across multiple business segments, including construction, sales, and land research. The role is based on-site in Charlottesville, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist a Project Manager in the field.
- Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
- Interact with customers throughout the homebuilding process.
- Support the sales team to understand the new home sales life cycle.
- Learn about land research, building products, and mortgage banking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably with a major in Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and business partners.
- A drive for results and leadership skills.
- A current driver's license.

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
