About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship focused on the homebuilding industry. You will gain experience across multiple business segments while learning from construction and customer relations teams. The role is based on-site in Winchester, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
- Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
- Interact with customers building their new home.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities.
- Gain exposure to land research, building products, and mortgage banking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, preferably with graduation scheduled within 12 months.
- A current driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and business partners.

- Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
