About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work on hardware projects that impact the business. You will join a hardware team for a 12-week full-time program. We review applications on an ongoing basis for these positions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tasks related to Design for Test (DFT).
- Engage in Static Timing Analysis and debug efforts.
- Contribute to Scan Chain Design and ATPG.
- Participate in testing processes, including Logic BIST and delay testing.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- A clear graduation date indicated on your resume or CV.
- Course or internship experience in DFT, digital design, and test architecture.
- Knowledge of Static Timing Analysis, plus pre-silicon and post-silicon debug.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Perl, TCL, C, C++, or Python.

- Pay: 20 USD to 71 USD per hour, depending on experience and degree level.
