Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the full-cycle recruitment process and contributing to broader Human Resources initiatives. This role involves assisting with hiring operations, improving recruitment processes, and supporting employer branding efforts throughout the fall term.

What you'll do#

• Support the posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
• Assist in the candidate selection process through CV screening.
• Help identify potential candidates and build pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Participate in initial candidate interviews and assist with interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
• Contribute to talent projects, including employee referral programs, campus recruitment, interviewer training, and employer branding initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
• A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to practice active listening, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is considered an asset.

• Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada (On-site).
• Term: Fall 2026 (August 31 to December 18, 2026).
• Status: Full-time, paid internship.
