About the role#
Nuovo Artistic Photography is seeking a Studio Operations Intern to support the day-to-day functions of 8 locations across North America. Working directly with the Head of Studio Operations, this role offers hands-on experience in a growing creative business. You will contribute to projects that impact studio efficiency and participate in the launch of a new studio location. This is a full-time, paid internship running from August 31, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations across multiple studio locations.
- Draft and build standard operating procedures to improve guest experience and operational consistency.
- Research vendors and build supplier relationships to support procurement initiatives.
- Manage inventory and conduct audits across studios in the US and Canada.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal tools and operational systems.
- Assist in the real-time launch of a new studio location.
- Analyze processes and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful and eager approach to learning.
