About the role#
Nuovo Artistic Photography is seeking a Studio Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of 8 locations across North America. This role works directly with the Head of Studio Operations to optimize studio functionality and contribute to projects that impact the company. This is a full-time, paid internship running from August 31, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Draft and build standard operating procedures to improve consistency and guest experience.
- Support procurement initiatives by researching vendors and managing the product catalog.
- Assist with inventory management and auditing across studios in the United States and Canada.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal tools and operational systems.
- Participate in the opening of a new studio location.
- Conduct research and analyze processes to support continuous improvement and team collaboration.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn in a creative environment.
