About the role#
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer Intern to join our team in Uhrichsville, Ohio, for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will report to the Central EMRA Leader and work alongside full-time engineers to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects from start to finish.
- Research and gather data to complete assigned tasks.
- Investigate areas for potential improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers to brainstorm cost-saving projects.
- Present project updates to the engineering team.
- Perform blueprint reading and use CAD software.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office package.
- Conduct safety walks throughout the facility.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited 4-year university as a sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate.
- A major in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- An interest in becoming an engineering leader within a manufacturing setting.
- Solid business insight and the desire to gain hands-on industry experience.

- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately 12 weeks).
