About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship based in Jersey City. You will work directly with your team on daily tasks while gaining exposure to financial services. The program includes professional development workshops, networking with senior leaders, and social events. We review applications on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Support your team with daily operational tasks.
- Help improve operational efficiency within servicing processes.
- Update and enhance client servicing and management reporting tools.
- Collaborate with other interns on a cross-functional project presentation.
- Participate in program events to build your network and professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through extracurricular activities or projects.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
