About the role#
Globus Medical is hiring an intern to support the planning and coordination of corporate meetings, training programs, and business events. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Audubon, Pennsylvania. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Manage attendee registration, communications, and tracking.
- Prepare meeting collateral such as presentations, name badges, and signage.
- Provide onsite support for meeting and event execution.
- Maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets, and invoices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong organizational skills for managing event logistics and documentation.
- Ability to maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets, and invoices.
- Professional demeanor for handling confidential information.
- Capacity to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
