About the role#
This fellowship offers a structured path for graduate students to earn fieldwork hours while preparing for BCBA certification. You will work within a clinical setting, gaining experience through both direct therapy and unrestricted activities. The role is designed to provide the specific hours and leadership practice needed to meet and exceed BACB requirements. You will work alongside professionals in ABA, neuropsychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and mental health.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a Clinical Director to complete unrestricted supervision activities.
- Provide direct therapy as part of client teams.
- Mentor and coach Behavior Therapists by providing real-time feedback.
- Lead family training sessions to help therapy carry into home and community life.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in graduate-level ABA coursework.
- Current RBT certification.
- Progress toward or completion of 1,000 fieldwork hours.
- Ability to lead and coach others.
