About the role#
This internship offers a broad look at banking operations. You will gain practical experience in credit, retail lending, loan processing, and branch management. Our goal is to help you build a foundation as a future banker through hands-on work in both retail and commercial banking.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain business relationships across the bank.
- Provide professional, friendly service to every customer.
- Complete all training programs regarding bank products and services.
- Follow bank policies and ensure all security and compliance measures are met.
- Suggest improvements to current branch processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and standard office equipment.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Confidence and an interest in business development.
