About the role#
Nicolet National Bank is hiring a Data Analytics Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will work across various business lines to process data, perform analysis, and create visualizations to support department leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist with in-house processes for data management, visualization, and analytics.
- Design dashboards and manage scalable data maintenance.
- Aggregate data from multiple datasets to build efficient data streams.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics to business line leaders.
- Handle analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation for assigned projects.
- Break down complex datasets into clear, actionable information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Data Science or Finance degree program, with Junior or Senior standing preferred.
- Strong logic-based skills, including math, reasoning, and analytical decision-making.
- Ability to build proficiency with data technologies such as Tableau, Alteryx, and bank-specific systems.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different departments.
