About the role#
This internship provides a broad introduction to the banking industry. You will gain working knowledge in retail banking, credit, loan processing, operations, and small business banking. The goal of this program is to help you develop the skills needed to become a well-rounded banker.
What you'll do#
- Build business relationships across the bank.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Ability to operate a PC, phone system, and general office equipment.
- Strong judgment and analytical decision-making skills.
- Confidence and an interest in business development.
- A self-motivated, organized, and resourceful approach to work.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- A willingness to learn about banking products and identify the right solutions for customers.
