    About the role#

    WSPA-TV in Spartanburg, SC offers internship opportunities for students pursuing degrees in broadcast journalism, video production, and related communication fields. This role provides a supervised, meaningful learning experience within the broadcast media environment. Upon completion of the program, interns receive a written evaluation from their supervisor.

    What you'll do#

    • Commit to 16 hours per week for a 15-week duration.
    • Work two eight-hour shifts per week.
    • Participate in projects that require an advanced skill level.
    • Collaborate with team members across departments while maintaining a willingness to learn.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be a senior in the final year of concentrated study.
    • Enrollment in a Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies degree program.
    • Ability to handle complex projects due to an advanced skill level.
    • Previous internship experience is considered a plus.

    • Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina.
