The Service Delivery Consulting Intern will join the NYSTEC Don Hanson Internship Program for Summer 2026. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside professionals to apply academic knowledge in a consulting environment. Interns will gain exposure to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework and contribute to a consulting industry research project.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical, reporting, research, and coordination support.
- Assist in improving project execution, cross-team coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Enhance project visibility and tracking across various initiatives.
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Learn and apply NYSTEC tools and processes while collaborating with internal and external partners.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited graduate degree program in public health, public policy, public administration, or a related field.
- Basic research and reporting skills.
- Experience with project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digital literacy, including the effective use of AI tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Albany, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2026 (May 18 – August 7).
- Schedule: Full-time, typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $24 per hour for graduate students.
