As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain professional experience and insight into the aviation industry. You will work alongside professionals to learn our business philosophy and approach. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Manage and complete assigned projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with a mentor to set goals and track your progress.
- Develop a working knowledge of NetJets tools and operations.
- Perform tracking and analysis duties using Excel.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with internet research.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Between 0 and 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
