About the role#
NAVER U.Hub is seeking a Product Management Intern to support the growth and user experience of ThingsBook, a social blogging app. You will join a small, agile team in the United States and work closely with a development team based in Korea. This role focuses on cross-border product management and offers the opportunity to contribute to a live product while utilizing the resources of a global technology company.
What you'll do#
- Assist in evolving the product roadmap and refining feature requirements based on user data.
- Translate product visions and concepts into functional specifications and technical documentation in Korean.
- Facilitate communication between U.S. and Korea teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
- Gather user feedback and analyze pain points to propose product improvements.
- Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support project milestones and the delivery of updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (MBA preferred) or recent graduate status.
- Fluency in both English and Korean, with the ability to write clear technical documentation in Korean.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in product management, social media platforms, or the tech industry.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or Marketing are preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
