Product Management Intern

About the role#

NAVER U.Hub is seeking a Product Management Intern to support the growth of ThingsBook, a social blogging platform. You will work within a small, agile U.S.-based team in close partnership with a development team in Korea. This role focuses on cross-border product management, requiring you to bridge communication between teams and translate product visions into actionable technical specifications.

What you'll do#

• Assist in evolving the product roadmap and refining feature requirements based on live user data.
• Translate product visions and concepts into clear, functional technical documentation in Korean for the engineering team.
• Facilitate communication between U.S. and Korea teams to ensure project specifications are understood.
• Gather user feedback and analyze pain points to propose improvements to the user journey.
• Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support project milestones and data-driven updates.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with a preference for MBA candidates.
• Fluency in both English and Korean, including the ability to write technical documentation in Korean.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
• Prior experience or a demonstrated interest in product management, social media platforms, or the technology industry.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
