About the role#
The Creative Ops Intern supports the video team at NBAT2 Media. You will work behind the scenes to help create digital content across various platforms. This role involves assisting with production phases, from planning and on-set support to organizing files after a shoot. You will work with creative producers to contribute to social content, YouTube videos, and branded projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in research, script formatting, and shot listing for upcoming shoots.
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
- Help manage sound recording and act as a production assistant on set.
- Organize and log footage while maintaining asset naming conventions.
- Contribute to performance tracking and post-mortem documentation for projects.
- Attend team standups, brainstorms, and production meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in video production, coordination, and online content creation.
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Basic understanding of editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to lift and transport gear and work flexible hours based on production needs.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in New York, New York.
- Work is on-site at the office.
- The position follows a rolling term.
