About the role#
This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations within the textile manufacturing industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support daily business functions, including inventory planning, logistics, and customer support. This role provides exposure to how products move from initial planning to final delivery for major national retailers.
What you'll do#
- Support sales team initiatives through customer communications, presentations, and project coordination.
- Assist with sales reporting, inventory tracking, and business analytics.
- Monitor customer orders, shipments, and delivery activity.
- Maintain product, inventory, and order information.
- Coordinate product sample requests from submission through delivery.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Planning, and Product Development.
What you'll need#
- Recent college graduate or current student in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
