About the role#
The Operations Intern program is a 12-week experience designed to provide a deep dive into the Parts or Service departments at MHC Kenworth. You will rotate through various positions to understand how the business runs. This internship serves as a pipeline into the full-time Management Trainee Program.
What you'll do#
- Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across all facets of the dealership.
- Perform assigned job functions under the supervision of a manager or designated employees.
- Rotate within your assigned department to build a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
- Conduct a process improvement project that lasts throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
- You can commit to working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- You show a strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
- You are open to receiving constructive feedback.
- Leadership and sales skills are preferred.
