About the role#
The Operations Internship at MHC Kenworth is a 12-week program designed to provide a hands-on look at how a dealership operates. You will gain experience in the Parts or Service Department by rotating through various positions. This role serves as a pipeline into the full-time Management Trainee Program.
What you'll do#
- Execute business initiatives while gaining experience in all areas of the dealership.
- Perform assigned job functions under the close supervision of a manager or designated employee.
- Develop the skills needed to understand how the business runs.
- Complete a summer-long process improvement project to make an impact on the business.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
- You can work 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- You have a strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
- You are open to receiving constructive feedback.
- Leadership and sales skills are preferred.
