About the role#
This internship is a 12-week program designed to provide a deep dive into the operations of a Kenworth dealership. You will gain hands-on experience by rotating through various positions within the Parts or Service departments. This role acts as a pipeline into the full-time Management Trainee Program.
What you'll do#
- Execute business initiatives while gaining experience in all facets of the dealership.
- Perform assigned job functions under the supervision of a manager or designated employees.
- Rotate through different roles to build a comprehensive understanding of how the business runs.
- Conduct a process improvement project that lasts for the duration of the summer.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
- You can work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- You have a strong commitment to quality work and customer service.
- You are open to receiving constructive feedback.
- Leadership and sales skills are preferred.
