About the role#
This internship is a three-month development program during the summer of 2027. You will work alongside project managers, consultants, and subject matter experts to build technical skills and gain experience in the consulting field. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Design engineering solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and monitoring.
- Join project and client meetings.
- Refine technical designs and documentation.
- Analyze reports and specifications.
- Explore project and client management.
- Use digital tools to drive sustainable outcomes.
- Build professional connections through the Early Career Professionals Network.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or memberships.
- A methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
