About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join our team in Charleston, West Virginia, to work on engineering projects while developing the mindset of a consultant. You will work alongside experienced consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts who focus on integrity and innovation. This role is part of our Prelaunch program, a structured three-month development journey designed to provide the foundation for a successful career.

What you'll need#
- Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Charleston, West Virginia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to support our in-office culture and collaboration.
