About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will join our Prelaunch program, a three-month development journey designed to provide the foundation for a career in engineering and consulting. You will work alongside mentors and peers, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in GIS or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- Creative thinking skills combined with a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Charleston, West Virginia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
