About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You will join our Prelaunch program, a three-month development journey designed to provide foundational skills for a career in engineering consulting. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office to support face-to-face collaboration.

What you'll need#
- Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
- A methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A resilient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.

- Compensation: $18 to $35 per hour.
