About the role#
We are looking for a Software Engineering Co-Op to join the Vehicle Intelligence Theia Team. You will work with senior engineers to build cloud solutions for License Plate Recognition data. This role focuses on integrating machine learning and AI features into our software. You will help develop edge-awareness tools and notification systems to improve operational response.
What you'll do#
- Design and integrate AI and machine learning capabilities using Elastic Elasticsearch.
- Write scripts and queries for data analysis using Elastic KQL and ESQL.
- Build visualizations and reports with Elastic Kibana.
- Develop AI agents using the AI Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Write clean, scalable code in Python and TypeScript.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without employer sponsorship.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Elastic KQL, ESQL, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Knowledge of AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) design.
- Experience with the Go programming language is a plus.
