About the role#
This internship focuses on developing and implementing global processes within the Global Materials Organization. You will work on supplier collaboration, Oracle planning cloud, and global reporting systems. The position requires a proactive approach to solving operational challenges and improving supply chain efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Draft, update, and standardize global SOPs and training documentation.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, lead time variances, and process gaps from forecasting to receiving.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Apply digital project management skills to support large-scale transformation implementations.
- Translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Graduation date no later than December 2029.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Basic AI literacy including familiarity with generative AI platforms and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or advanced AI capabilities in Excel, Power BI, and Google Gemini.
- A systems mindset regarding AI, machine learning, and automation in ERP environments.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred.
