About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to sales development. You will support the SDR team while gaining insight into lead generation, performance metrics, and enablement strategies. You will work on projects assigned by Sales, Marketing, and Enablement leadership teams to help improve team processes.
What you'll do#
- Master core outreach methods including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to identify potential customers.
- Learn how to analyze lead generation strategies and track key performance metrics.
- Assist with training programs to help equip team members with necessary skills.
- Collaborate with Instructional Design, Content, and Marketing teams to understand the enablement process.
- Contribute to various team projects and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present information clearly.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Decks.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Fall 2026.
- The role is based in Austin, Texas, and follows a hybrid work model. You must be located in Austin to participate.
