About the role#
This HR Co-op position offers an opportunity to gain experience through on-the-job training within the Motherson Group. You will work directly with the HR department to support recruitment and various assigned projects.
What you'll do#
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and prescreening candidates.
- Complete special assignments as directed by the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft software.
- Comfort working with various AI platforms.
