Operations Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week opportunity beginning in June. This role offers exposure to various functions within the Operations division, including trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring. Analysts will participate in a structured program featuring training, a speaker series, networking, and educational events, with opportunities to engage with senior management.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate across Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes for improved efficiency.
• Partner with business units and Technology to design and implement process changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships to deliver operational services.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Operations and its interdependencies across the firm.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
