2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, project-based internship designed to provide real-world experience as a technologist within a financial firm. Analysts are placed into specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams. The program includes an induction session, networking events with senior management, technical demonstrations, and team-building opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications for business units. This includes meeting with clients to gather requirements, making system design decisions, and testing and deploying applications to production. Projects may include building high-performing, low-latency electronic trading systems.
• Enterprise Engineering: Develop tools, applications, and platforms including networks, computing hardware, operating systems, and databases. Responsibilities involve managing the Windows plant, engineering websites, and developing client reporting delivery systems.
• Business & Data Analytics: Engage with business units to analyze, capture, and validate requirements with technology teams. You will provide technical, data analytics, and process excellence skills to support product analysis and end-to-end solution development.

What you'll need#

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• For Development and Engineering roles: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Requires strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows, experience in object-oriented development, and comprehension of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory.
• For Business & Data Analytics roles: Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related major with a keen interest in the financial services industry and documenting IT solution requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Compensation: Base pay rate is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year.
