2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, project-based internship. Participants are placed into specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams to gain experience as technologists within the financial services industry. The program includes an induction, live project work, senior management networking, technical demonstrations, and team-building opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Join a specific team focused on development, engineering, or business and data analytics.
• Meet with clients to gather, analyze, and validate project requirements.
• Evaluate, integrate, and develop software solutions.
• Test and deploy applications to production environments.
• Provide technical, data science, and process excellence skills to solve business challenges.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in object-oriented development.
• Solid comprehension of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory.
• Keen interest in the financial services industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
