2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, project-based internship designed to provide experience as a technologist within a financial services firm. Analysts are placed into specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams. The program includes an induction session, networking events, technical demonstrations, and team-building opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Join development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams to work on live projects.
• Meet with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications to production environments.
• Build and maintain high-performing trading systems, electronic workflows, and life-cycle management tools.
• Provide infrastructure support, including networks, computing hardware, operating systems, and databases for trading and end-user applications.
• Use data analytics and process excellence skills to solve business challenges in an agile environment.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or Economics, with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Competency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, or C#, and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• A keen interest in the financial services industry, though prior experience in the sector is not required.
