Corporate Communications Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Corporate Communications Summer Analyst program is a 10-week internship designed to provide hands-on experience in internal communications and operational strategy. Analysts work with internal and external communications teams to support firm-wide engagement initiatives, optimize digital platforms, and refine operational procedures. This is an experiential program that does not transition into a full-time role.

What you'll do#

• Provide planning and execution support for internal communications and integrated campaigns to engage employees.
• Prepare and manage written and visual content for the firm's intranet and other digital channels.
• Assist in the management of digital communications platforms, including content publishing and user engagement optimization.
• Document operational policies and procedures in collaboration with communications teams.
• Support the ongoing assessment and measurement of internal communications programs to identify areas for improvement.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and content management systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
