2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship designed to provide a real-world, project-based experience within a financial services environment. Analysts are placed into specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams. The program includes an induction, live project work, senior management networking, and technical demonstrations.

What you'll do#

• Join specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics teams to work on live projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements from clients to solve business challenges.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications, including high-performing electronic trading systems.
• Provide tools, applications, and platforms such as networks, computing hardware, operating systems, and databases.
• Engage with business units to capture and validate technical requirements.
• Support product analysis and end-to-end solution development using data science and analytics skills.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science, with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in technology or a related field.
• Experience in object-oriented development.
• Strong technical skills, including a solid understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and a comprehension of data structures and algorithms.
