2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Technology Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week, project-based experience designed to provide insight into the role of a technologist within a financial services firm. Analysts are placed into a specific development, engineering, or business and data analytics team to work on live projects, including electronic trading systems. The program includes induction, networking events, technical demonstrations, and team-building opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with business units to analyze, capture, and validate technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain systems and applications.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from system design and integration to testing and production deployment.
• Develop tools and platforms, including network infrastructure, computing hardware, and database systems.
• Utilize data analytics and process excellence skills to support solution development.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in technology or a related field.
• Strong technical proficiency, including knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, and at least one programming language such as C, C++, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms, and database scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A keen interest in the financial services industry.
