2027 Operations Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The Operations Division serves as a primary defense for the firm's financial and operational well-being. This 10-week summer program provides exposure to various functions within the financial services industry, including trade support, settlement, and client relationship management. Participants will engage in a structured program featuring training, speaker series, and networking events designed to provide insight into the firm's operations and culture.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with business units to support trade capture, clearance, settlement, cash management, and fraud monitoring.
• Work alongside Technology teams to design and implement business process changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Present findings and project outcomes to senior management.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
• Proactive, motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Compensation: $25.49 per hour.
