2027 Operations Summer Analyst Program

About the role#

The 2027 Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship beginning in June. This program provides broad exposure to the Operations division and the financial services industry through a combination of on-the-job training, networking opportunities, and a speaker series. Participants will work closely with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to support the firm's institutional, retail, and asset management businesses.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate across various Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes to drive efficiency.
• Partner with business units to deliver services including trade capture, clearance and settlement, account opening, cash management, billing, tax reporting, and fraud monitoring.
• Partner with Technology to design and implement business process changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Present findings and projects to senior management.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive, motivated, and possess poise and self-confidence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
