2026 Investment Management Fall Co-Op Program - Fixed Income

About the role#

The Investment Management Fall Co-Op Program offers a six-month immersive experience within the Fixed Income division. Co-ops support teams across various functional areas, including Bank Loans, Broad Markets, Emerging Markets, High Yield, Mortgage & Securitized, and Municipal Bonds. This role focuses on professional growth through hands-on participation in data analysis, market research, and modeling projects.

What you'll do#

• Monitor market developments, including economic trends and new investment products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business oversight and reporting.
• Build and maintain quantitative models by collecting and analyzing financial and statistical data.
• Create spreadsheets and SQL queries to assist with data validation and reporting tasks.
• Complete ad-hoc projects to support the specific needs of your assigned team.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date after May 2027.
• Ability to commit to full-time employment from July 2026 through December 2026.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the investment management industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or R are required for certain placements.
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Location & details#

• This is a paid, full-time, on-site position located in Boston, Massachusetts.
• Candidates must be able to commute to the office for the duration of the program.
