About the role#
The Investment Management Fall Co-Op Program offers a six-month immersive experience within the Fixed Income division. Co-ops support teams across various functional areas, including Bank Loans, Broad Markets, Emerging Markets, High Yield, Mortgage & Securitized, and Municipal Bonds. This role focuses on professional growth through hands-on participation in data analysis, market research, and modeling projects.
What you'll do#
- Monitor market developments, including economic trends and new investment products.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support business oversight and reporting.
- Build and maintain quantitative models by collecting and analyzing financial and statistical data.
- Create spreadsheets and SQL queries to assist with data validation and reporting tasks.
- Complete ad-hoc projects to support the specific needs of your assigned team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date after May 2027.
- Ability to commit to full-time employment from July 2026 through December 2026.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the investment management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or R are required for certain placements.
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position located in Boston, Massachusetts.
- Candidates must be able to commute to the office for the duration of the program.
