2026 Business Solutions Group Fall Co-Op

About the role#

The Business Solutions Group (BSG) operates as an in-house management consulting team within the Institutional Securities Group (ISG). The team focuses on strategic program management, large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and regulatory change. This co-op role supports the delivery of high-impact engagements by partnering with business lines, risk, legal, compliance, and senior leadership.

What you'll do#

• Support multi-workstream consulting engagements across front office, risk, finance, operations, and technology.
• Partner with BSG leadership to manage program planning, execution, and risk resolution to meet project deadlines.
• Produce and coordinate presentations and collateral for senior management.
• Support change management, process enhancements, and governance-related initiatives.
• Track and analyze engagement economics, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Diagnose business issues and assist in developing actionable, sustainable resolutions.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree with a graduation date after December 2026.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Understanding of the sales and trading ecosystem, including products, markets, risk management, finance, and regulatory drivers.
• Experience building or scaling an internal consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation function.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
