About the role#
As a Service Quality Intern at our Waterford, New York site, you will use data-based problem solving to improve customer service performance. You will help reduce customer complaints by identifying high-impact improvement opportunities. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze complaint data across severity, business impact, and logistics providers.
- Leverage existing data to uncover trends and identify root causes.
- Recommend targeted actions to reduce customer complaints.
- Work alongside quality, logistics, and customer-facing teams.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, logistics, or statistics.
- Relevant coursework in statistics, data analytics, supply chain, logistics, or operations research.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks between May and August.
